This is the last time I will write a journal just to say I've posted a new video. =) Those that are interested should be subscribed on youtube by now, but if not, do so because I shall no longer inform!
www.youtube.com/watch?v=D43RoM…
It's ten minutes long! There's no fan service, so if you're watching for that, don't bother. =p
Just ranting about books. =)

I will be posting on FB when I update video, and those of you who don't have that link it's this: www.facebook.com/Waistlacer

Good night everybody!

I have a question, how do you breathe while wearing those corsets? I own one and I can't breathe and it's still not as tight as it should be. Also, I love your album!

That was very enjoyable! I'm afraid I have to correct you on one detail though: When I heard you say that Walter Moers is a mathematician, I was very surprised that I didn't know that. He has been very popular in Germany, even before his immense success with "Käpt'n Blaubär", as we know him :) - and I've been reading his comics forever. So, I looked up his article on wikipedia, and am now very sure that he is in fact NOT a mathematician. He doesn't seem to be very (formally) educated at all, which of course doesn't stop him and his work from being extremely smart! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_M… In any case, great to know that not just Germans, but also Australians in Japan get to enjoy "Captain Bluebear"! :)

Oh! I should of googled it! Thanks for the correction! I had the friends who gave me the book originally tell me that he was, and I just didn't think that was the sort of thing I had to fact check. XD you'd assume someone wouldn't lie about that, you know?

Haha! My pleasure, and I completely understand! The important thing is that the book is fun and the author smart - probably smarter than a lot of mathematicians anyway ;)

The writing is so clever, I had zero difficulties believing that it was factual. =p

Great video Penny! I enjoyed it! I read JRR Tokkin The Hobbit and his Lord Of The Rings books. That other you side sounds right up my alley and I'm going to add it to my novel wanted list so I can read it along with that Assassin novels to talked about.

I would to see an part 2 to this and I can't wait to hear what movies you enjoy.

Excellent video

I've been reading quite a lot of fantasy books lately, I read The Hobbit and LOTR last year and really enjoyed them alongside Harry Potter etc

But there are 2 series of books that I've read and also highly recommend if you can get your mitts on them, they are:

Percy Jackson: A modernized spink on Greek mythology which follows the story of Percy Jackson who unbeknownst to him is a demigod

And my personal favourite...

Skulduggery Pleasant: Sorcerer, detective and dead, the series follows the adventures of the titular character and his teenage sidekick Stephanie Edgely (also known as Valkyrie Cain) who try to stop people from opening a gateway to another dimension and releasing beings called "The Faceless Ones" and bringing about the end of the world.

Seriously check it out, it's THAT good.
